Two heat-resistant glass lids fold down independently for extra worktop when the hob and sink aren't in use, and the burners (1.0 kW + 1.8 kW) have piezo ignition with a flame-failure safety device. Frequently asked questions

What gas does it use?

Standard LPG. Dometic rates it for butane (G30) at 30 mbar, and in the UK it runs happily on butane or propane through a correctly regulated 30 mbar supply, using about 204 g/h at full output.

How is the hob lit?

Piezo ignition — push and turn the control knob to spark each burner. There's no battery-powered auto-ignition on this model.

Is it safe if a flame blows out?

Yes. A flame-failure device shuts the gas off automatically if a burner goes out, and the glass lids are linked to an auto gas shut-off so the gas can't stay on with a lid closed.

What size cut-out do I need?

Cut an aperture of 883 × 307 mm. The unit is 900 × 370 mm overall and drops in from above, sitting about 152 mm below the worktop — leave clearance for the bowl, waste and gas pipe in the cabinet below.

Is a tap included?

No — the tap is bought separately. There's a 39 mm tap hole; many converters fit a folding tap or a 12V microswitched mixer that also triggers the water pump.

Which side is the sink on?

On the left (the "L" version). A mirror-image right-hand version (9222R) is also made if you'd prefer the sink on the right — just ask.

What comes in the box?

The combination unit with its waste kit (syphon, 20 mm outlet and sealing gasket) and detachable pan supports, plus a fitting template. The tap is separate.
