Shipping & Delivery

How and when your order reaches you depends on what you ordered. Here's what to expect for each category.

Made-to-order furniture

Everything we cut and build in-house — kitchen pods, bed boxes, full kits, ply lining kits, lockers, cabinets, shower units, and similar.

Lead times

  • Kitchen pods, lockers, individual furniture pieces: approximately 4 weeks from order.
  • Full kits and larger orders: approximately 5 to 6 weeks from order.

Lead times start from the day your order is confirmed. We'll keep you posted as your build progresses, and let you know about a week before it's ready.

Free collection from the workshop

Collection from our Birmingham workshop is free, by appointment. Once your order is ready, we'll get in touch to book a slot that suits you.

UK pallet delivery

Pallet delivery is available to UK addresses through our external courier partner. Delivery is arranged and paid for separately from the order itself — we'll confirm details and provide a price when you place your order.

We're not currently able to ship furniture outside the UK.

Branded products from our online shop

Items we resell from third-party manufacturers — Clayton Power, Dometic, Waeco, Truma, MaxxFan, Thetford, Lavanda, Scopema, CTA, wiring kits, 8×4 ply boards, and similar.

Delivery time

Typically 1–2 working days to UK addresses, dispatched via tracked parcel or pallet courier depending on size.

Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery is included in the listed price for most items. A handful of larger products show Free Delivery explicitly on their product page — the Clayton Power LPS II package deals, for example.

If you're outside UK mainland (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man), some items may incur a delivery surcharge. We'll let you know before processing the order if so.

On the day of delivery

Please be available to receive your order. If you spot any damage to the packaging or contents at the point of delivery, note it on the courier's paperwork before signing, and email us within 48 hours with photos.

Damaged or missing items are covered by our Returns Policy — we'll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
