What is the sliding system for?
The seat slides back on its runners so you can stretch out and lounge when you're parked, then locks forward for travel.
Which base height should I choose?
On the VW Crafter 2017+ and MAN TGE we recommend the 550 mm (low) base for rear-wheel-drive or 4×4 vans, and the 650 mm (high) base for front-wheel-drive. More generally, the 550 mm base suits most floor builds, while the 650 mm base gives extra height for a raised floor or under-seat storage. Which vans does it fit?
It's designed for medium-to-large vans — Fiat Ducato, Citroën Relay, Peugeot Boxer, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter and Ford Transit, and similar. It bolts to the floor in a fixed position.
Is it road legal?
Yes — it's a fixed, floor-mounted seat with built-in 3-point belts and ISOFIX, certified for road use. Like any travel seat it must be installed to the maker's instructions; we can fit it as part of a VANZ conversion.
How is it delivered?
It's a heavy item (~100 kg), shipped on a pallet. UK-mainland delivery is free, or you can collect from our workshop. Orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days.
