12-month warranty

Our bespoke furniture is covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, including but not limited to warping caused by dampness, misuse, improper care, or issues related to electrical components.

Frequently asked questions

Is it cut to fit my van?

Yes. Every piece is made to your van's make, size and year, with the scribes pre-cut so it lines up and bolts straight in — no hours of trimming on site.

What finishes and colours can I choose?

There's a range of furniture finishes to pick from, and you can preview the combinations before you order. Tell us your choice when you book in and we'll match it across your units.

What's it made from?

Furniture-grade ply, finished both sides. It's built to take the knocks of life on the road while staying light enough to protect your payload.

How long does it take?

Most furniture is made in around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the item and how busy the workshop is. We confirm your lead time when you order.

Do I collect it, or can you deliver?

Collect free from our Birmingham workshop, or we can deliver to the UK mainland. Let us know which suits you when you order.

Can you fit it for me?

Yes. We can supply and fit your furniture as part of a VANZ conversion, or supply it ready to install for a confident self-builder. Just ask.

Is it guaranteed?

Yes — our bespoke furniture comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty. If anything isn't right, talk to us and we'll put it right.
