Which version do I need?
For the 2019-on Transit the one choice is whether your windscreen has the light & rain sensor module on the interior mirror:
- No sensor: a plain windscreen with no sensor module behind the mirror.
- Light & rain sensor: a sensor module mounted at the mirror — the windscreen blind is shaped so it clears the housing.
This is the MK8 full-size Transit. For the smaller Transit Custom, see the Transit Custom set.
What's in your set
Every set is three genuine Remis blinds — the windscreen plus both cab side windows — supplied together as one complete set. Prices by version:
| Version | Full set price |
|---|---|
| 2019+ · no sensor | £985.00 |
| 2019+ · light & rain sensor | £1,080.00 |
Fitting it
- Confirm no cab airbags first. A-pillar or above-door airbags rule the system out — this is the one check that matters most.
- Match the sensor + year exactly. The windscreen blind is shaped to clear your specific screen and sensor housing — the wrong version won't sit right.
- DIY-fittable. The side blinds screw to the door frames; the windscreen cassettes mount to the A-pillars. A confident self-builder can fit it; a local installer will do it in a couple of hours if you'd rather.
