Fiamma Tie Down Kit Type S

Two adjustable straps that peg your awning down to the ground so a gust can't lift it: the simplest way to make your awning storm-safe. The kit has two 300cm straps with tension springs that stop the straps snatching and tearing the fabric in gusts, plus ground stakes and front hooks. Supplied in black, and also stocked in yellow.

Features

Questions and answers

Will it fit my F80S?

It fits the F45S and older F80 awnings, but not the current 2026-on F80S. Fiamma redesigned the front lead bar and removed the beading channel the strap slides into, so there is nowhere to anchor it. For a current F80S, use the Awning Fixing Plate, which pegs the legs down instead.

What is the difference from the Tie Down Plus?

The Plus is a single strap that throws up and over the whole frame, so it cannot be used with a Privacy Room or side panels. The Type S here is a two-strap kit that anchors each end of the frame and works with a Privacy Room fitted.

Can I get it in yellow?

Yes. It comes in black or high-visibility yellow. Black is the default; just ask us for yellow.
